Sunday Champagne Brunch
Come and Join us every Sunday for Champagne Brunch.
Our Champagne Brunch includes fresh fruit, tortillas or your choice of coffee or tea and complimentary champagne. All dishes are served with your choice of rice and beans, or Southwestern potatoes.

1. SPANISH OMELETTE
A three egg omlette, filled with jack & cheddar cheese, covered with spanish salsa.
2. CHEESE AND ORTEGA CHILI OMELETTE
A three egg omlette made with green chilis, jack & cheddar cheese.
3. SOUTHWESTERN OMELETTE
A three egg omelette filled with jack & cheddar cheese, crisp bacon, guacamole, topped with sour cream.
4. FAJITA OMELETTE
A three egg omelette with sizzling chicken or beef strips, bell peppers, onions & tomatoes.
5. HUEVOS RANCHEROS
Soft corn tortillas topped with two fried eggs, served with our special salsa.
6. CHORIZO CON HUEVOS
Scrambled eggs & diced ham.
7. MACHACA CON HUEVOS
Shredded beef scrambled with eggs, tomatoes, onions & bell peppers.
8. HUEVOS CON JAMON
Scrambled eggs & diced ham.
9. HUEVOS ESTILLO CALIFORNIA
Two fried eggs served with one cheese enchilda.
10. HUEVOS ESTILLO NEW MEXICO
Scrambled eggs, yellow chilis, onions & tomatoes. Very Spicy!
11. ORTEGA OMELETTE
A three egg omelette full of ortega chilis, served with spanish sauce & topped with jack & cheddar cheese.
12. SANTA FE OMELETTE
A fluffy omelette filled with diced ham, onion & bell peppers, topped with jack & cheddar cheese.
